Remote Support
Remote Support enables us to take control of your machine using new Internet Technologies. We ask you click on the link above, and provide you with a code. Once you enter this code, a small piece of software is installed on your computer to ensure a secure connection between us and your computer. Once that is installed the software prompts for your permission for us to view your screen.
From this point we can see everything on your computer as if we were sat in front of it. We will diagnose and solve most problems this way, usually with you still on the phone to us explaining things as we go.
When we have finished what we are doing, we terminate the session and the software is locked down again, removing the open channel we were using. The software remains installed on your machine in case you wish to use the service again. It can be easily removed from your Add / Remove Programs in your Control Panel should you wish.
